NovaQuantiX operates with the minimum amount of client-side storage required to make the website function. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, fingerprinting, or cross-site profiling tools.
1 · What we store, and why
1.1 Strictly necessary (no consent required)
- Locale preference cookie — set by
next-intlmiddleware when you change language manually. First-party, plain string (enorfr), no expiry. You can clear it from browser settings at any time. - Chatbot session identifier — held in browser memory only (not written to disk). Discarded when you close the chatbot panel. No server-side persistence.
- Cookie banner choice — first-party
localStorageentry remembering you have seen and dismissed the cookie notice. No tracking.
1.2 What we do not use
- Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight
- Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity, Smartlook
- Cross-site tracking cookies
- Fingerprinting libraries
- Re-marketing or audience-building tags
2 · Third-party services that may set cookies
When you interact with these integrated features, the third party may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy:
- Cal.com — when you open the booking popup. See Cal.com privacy policy.
- NVIDIA NIM — server-side only, no browser cookies.
- Vercel — anonymous edge function logs only, no client-side tracking cookies.
3 · How to clear stored data
You can clear our cookies and localStorage entries from your browser settings at any time. Doing so will reset your locale preference and dismiss flag — no functionality is lost.
